Before dispatch
The machine is assembled and trial-run in our works, checking the air path, drive and temperature control before dispatch, which reduces rework on site.
Arrival and installation
Staff are generally arranged to guide installation and commissioning on site. The customer prepares the foundation and the power or steam connection, all confirmed at the contract stage so that the machine is not left waiting on arrival.
Trial run and training
After installation the machine is trial-run on site, operating parameters are adjusted to the actual material, and operation and routine maintenance are explained, focusing on temperature control, cleaning intervals and wear-part replacement.
Site conditions to prepare
Electrical capacity, steam parameters, installation space and the transport route. All four should be confirmed before the machine arrives.
