Step one: requirements review
Provide the material name and form, initial moisture content, target final moisture, daily throughput, and the available space and energy supply on site. The more complete the information, the closer the proposal will be to your process.
Step two: proposal
The machine type (airflow, rotary, flash airflow, electric heating or batch) is decided from the material properties, and the heat source and approximate configuration follow from the site conditions.
Step three: trial run confirmation
Capacity varies with operating conditions, so only a trial run produces data that can be used for a contract. Preparing the parameters above beforehand is what makes the results meaningful.
Step four: contract and scheduling
Once the parameters are confirmed, the contract and production scheduling follow. Lead time depends on the machine size and how complex the configuration is, and is arranged once the requirement is clear.

This process covers conventional selection. If only part of the information is available, get in touch anyway; a directional recommendation comes first and the parameters are filled in afterwards.
