Wear parts supply
Parts that need replacing after long service, such as seals, bearings and lifters, can be supplied on request. Recording the specification of the main wear parts at handover makes later ordering easier.
Order for troubleshooting
Falling air volume usually means checking the inlet, ducting and dust collector for build-up first; an abnormal temperature means checking the controller and sensor first; rising final moisture means confirming whether the heat source or the feed rate has changed. Following this order locates most problems on site.
Contact and response
If a problem appears in operation, contact us with the symptom. Site photographs or operating parameters help determine the cause.
Long-term care
Clearing the air path on a schedule, lubricating the drive and calibrating the temperature sensor periodically are the two most direct ways to reduce the failure rate.
